Matlock has been named the 2B Pacific League MVP, was named all-league in both her freshman and junior seasons (missed sophomore year due to COVID) and helped the Titans to a district championship and state runner-up honors in her freshman season.
The right-hander sports a sparkling 1.61 ERA with 221 strikeouts while holding opponents to a .111 batting average in 130.2 innings pitched.
Matlock has a 24-4 record in her two seasons in the circle for the Titans.
At the plate, Matlock has a .569 batting average with 70 hits, 10 home runs and 65 RBI to go along with an impressive 1.635 OPS in 40 games played.
The senior plans to major in education.
