ROCHESTER — Led by 20 points from Josh Collett, Aberdeen cruised to a 56-38 victory over Rochester in an Evergreen 2A Conference game on Friday.
The Bobcats (3-6, 8-11) got out in transition and ran out to an 11-point lead after the first quarter and led 34-13 at halftime.
“The last week, we have been playing really well offensively,” Aberdeen coach Mark Buckman said. “Early in the game, we ran the floor well in transition. The defense was fantastic in the first half as we held them to 13 points.”
Buckman cited Collett for his effort attacking the rim.
