Judy Skye Bialkoski of Montesano passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2017, at Yuma Regional Medical Center in Yuma, Ariz.

Judy Skye Bialkoski of Montesano passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2017, at Yuma Regional Medical Center in Yuma, Ariz. Judy was born to Clifford and Louise Heiser in 1938 in Aberdeen, Wash.

She attended Weatherwax High School in Aberdeen. Judy graduated in 1956. In 1957, she married Gordon Skye. They had three children: Kerrilynn, Ken and Larry. In the 1970s, Judy was a member of The Far West Water Skiing Club and performed stunts with the group. With her family, she enjoyed camping, boating, and water skiing. She worked for Capital Savings Bank, Pacific Title Company, and Grays Harbor County as Chief Deputy Assessor.

Judy and Gordon later divorced. In 1999, she married Gerry Bialkoski. Judy is survived by Gerry Bialkoski (Montesano). During her retirement and marriage, she loved traveling. The travels included stays in Arizona and Montana.

Judy was a woman of great strength and generosity. She loved her family and treasured her time with them. She was caring and thoughtful. She always tried to help others in need. She enjoyed visiting with her many friends in Montesano, Arizona, and Montana. Judy’s kind spirit will be greatly missed.

She is survived by daughter Kerrilynn Taylor, Phoenix, son Ken Skye (Karalee), Grand Mound, son Larry Skye (Sheree), Aberdeen, step-son Leon Bialkoski (Marlene), Montesano, step-daughter Deanna York (Junior), Elma, 13 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of her life and potluck will be held on Sunday, Feb. 19, at the Montesano Moose Club Lodge at 1 p.m.
