Richard and Patricia Rapp

Patricia Mary Ann Rapp, age 83, died Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2022, at Harbor Regional Health Community Hospital in Aberdeen.

Richard Arlen Rapp, age 85, died Thursday, Aug. 18, 2022, at Summit Pacific Medical Center in Elma.

They settled in Aberdeen when Richard began working at the Saginaw mill.

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6, at the Humptulips Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at 4 that afternoon at the Hoquiam Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

Daniel I. Chapman

PUYALLUP — Ocean Shores resident Daniel Irvin Chapman died Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2022 in Puyallup. He was 70.

A service will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 20, at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent.

Linda Jackson

Linda Jackson, who graduated from Aberdeen High School in 1967, died Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2022. She was 72.

She had worked at the University of Washington and Nordstroms as a manager of various major computer programming projects.

There will be no service. Memorials are suggested to the American Diabetes Association or the local library.

Melinda J. Gall

Melinda Jo Gall, a lifetime resident of the Harbor, died Monday, Aug. 22, 2022, in Aberdeen. She was 50.

She had worked as an admissions clerk at Harbor Regional Health Community Hospital for 14 years, retiring in 2018 for medical reasons.

A celebration of life gathering will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, at Hoquiam First Baptist Church.

A private urn committal was held at Hoquiam’s Sunset Memorial Park.

Arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.
