Albert “Al” Lloyd Coppin, Jr. was born Jan. 1, 1942, in Aberdeen, Washington and passed away peacefully at age 81 on Feb. 21, 2023.

Al is survived by his wife Mary Ann (Johnson) Coppin, son Mark Coppin and his wife Alexis, daughter Lisa (Coppin) Korst and her family (husband Jeremy and children Amanda, Will and Anna), and brother Robert “Bob” Coppin and his wife Jeanette.

Al lived his life in Grays Harbor, working in and around the forest products industry. Until late in life, he enjoyed daily work in the small cedar shingle mill behind his home, with many of his products being used to build houses at Seabrook.

The family requests that remembrances be directed to the Dementia Society of America.
