Kathleen L. Welsh

Longtime Ocean Shores resident Kathleen Louise Welsh died Thursday, June 15, 2023, at home. She had been a banking administrator. She was 85. Burial will take place at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent, Washington with her husband, Frank, who passed away in 2003.

Arrangements are by Twibell’s Fern Hill Funeral Home in Aberdeen.

Arthur J. Swanson

Former Aberdeen resident Arthur John Swanson died Monday, June 12, 2023. He was 88.

He worked as a regional manager for The American Plywood Association in Tacoma.

A celebration of his life will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, July 15, in the Aspen Chapel at Mountain View Funeral Home in Lakewood.

Aberdeen resident Tyrell Kyle Thomas, a graduate of Harbor High, died Sunday, June 11, 2023, in Aberdeen. He was 39.

There will be no services.
