Arlene V. Missel, 84, lifetime Aberdeen resident and homemaker, died Sunday, March 19, 2017, at Pacific Care Center in Hoquiam following a brief illness.

She was born on Sept. 21, 1932, in Hoquiam to Fred and Vera (Nordquist) Haglund. She graduated from Weatherwax High School in 1950 and worked for two years at the National Bank of Commerce in Aberdeen.

She was preceded in death by two sisters Shirley Aleksey and Esther Frazer. Arlene will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
