Jennyfer Marie Hernandez-Sarich, 18, passed away on March 26, 2017, in Grays Harbor County, Wash. from a car accident. She was born on Aug. 8, 1998, in Aberdeen, Wash.
Jennyfer lived in several different towns and attended several different schools when she was growing up. For the last several years, she has lived in Raymond, Wash., and was scheduled to graduate from Raymond Jr/Sr High School this June. Jennyfer had been accepted to Whitworth University, Western Washington University, Eastern Washington University and Central Washington University and was in the process of making her final decision. Her dream was to become a math teacher.
She was on the school’s wrestling team and the track team and she also volunteered as a math tutor. She never outgrew cartoons and was full of life. She was a friend to everybody and loved to make people laugh. She loved her family and her friends and braiding her sisters’ hair. She also loved monkeys, red roses, daffodils, and white daisies.
Jennyfer is survived by her parents, Alan and Sarah Sarich of Raymond, Wash. and Edra Brooks of Hoquiam, Wash.; her great-grandmother, Elinor Bostwick; her grandparents, John and Dianna Sarich and Jerre Redecker; her siblings, Crystal Seay, Angel Evans, William Lorton, Joselin Hernandez, Humberto “Sage” Morales-Games, Genevieve Sarich, Guillermo “Memo” Cruz-Gonzalez, Abigail Hernandez, Miley Cruz-Gonzalez, Mackenna Cruz-Gonzalez, Peyton Brooks, and Jacob Brooks; and her niece, Avery Seay-Boggs.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 8, at 1 p.m. at Raymond Jr/Sr High School, 1016 Commercial St., Raymond, WA 98577. Everyone is welcome to attend and share their memories of her.
