Patrick Ross Beaty, affectionately known as Pat, died on July 30, 2024, in Aberdeen, WA, at 65 years old. Born in Aberdeen on Feb. 9, 1959, Pat devoted his life to his family and the community he cherished.

Pat committed many years to NeighborWorks of Grays Harbor County, expertly overseeing construction projects and managing IT operations. His professional dedication matched his love for outdoor and recreational pursuits. A keen outdoorsman, Pat relished hunting deer, elk, and bear. He was also an accomplished pool player and an enthusiastic slow-pitch player, often found imparting his passion for the sport on Aberdeen’s fields.

Pat’s life was a tapestry of active involvement in his hobbies, career, and relationships. His legacy endures through his family and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Pat’s absence will be profoundly felt, yet his memory will be treasured by his family and the community.

Pat’s life was enriched by deep personal relationships. He leaves behind his mother, Judi Beaty of Chehalis; brothers, Ron Beaty with his wife Kristy of Thompson Falls, Montana, and Mike Beaty of Seattle; sister, Angie Krause and her husband Toby of Chehalis; daughter-in-law, Misty Orcutt, and his grandchildren, Patrick Orcutt, Kameron Orcutt, Jeremy Orcutt Jr., Andrew Orcutt, Jessica Orcutt and six great grandchildren. He was a beloved uncle to Ashly Perron of Central Park, Kelly Beaty of Missoula, Montana, Mike Ormsbee of Clackamas, Oregon, Patrick Beaty of Milwaukie, Oregon, and Morgan Humphrey of Chehalis, former wife Joan Beaty, and significant other, Brenda Grigsby. Pat was predeceased by his father, Frank Beaty, his grandmothers, Roni Parker and Dorothy Beaty, son, Jeremy Orcutt, grandson, Deacon Orcutt and his nephew, Shaun Beaty.

There will be a celebration of life for Pat on August 25, 2024, at the 40 & 8 in Aberdeen between 2 and 5 p.m. We are doing it potluck style so please bring a dish, and come and celebrate the amazing man that Pat was.
