Aberdeen resident Barbara Ileene Cowan, 89, died Thursday, Aug. 15, 2024, at St. Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma.

Arrangements are by Harrison Family Mortuary.

Craig ‘Matt’ Allison

Craig “Matt” Allison of Hoquiam died from injuries in a car accident on Saturday, July 27, 2024 in Coos Bay, Oregon. He was 43.

He graduated from Hoquiam High School in 1999 and was known for playing the saxophone throughout the Harbor.

Memorials are suggested to homeless shelters or animal rescue groups.

Carol Neptune

Carol Neptune, a resident of Hoquiam for the past 30 years, died Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2024, at home. She was 76.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 20, at Hoquiam’s Sunset Memorial Park.

Arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

Kelly Wilder

Kelly Wilder, a resident of Brooklyn, died Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2024, at home. He was 52.

He had worked on fishing/crab boats in Alaska, in cedar mills and as a millwright, but most of his life was spent as a carpenter.

A celebration of life will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 25, at the Calvary Chapel in Montesano followed by a potluck and open mic sharing.
