Shirley Ann Howes, a longtime Elma resident, was surrounded by family as she passed on Sept. 15, 2024, at the age of 94 years.

Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, William (Bud) Howes in 2001. Shirley is survived by her children Patti (Doug) Ensor, Dave (Sue) Howes, Rob (Kim) Howes, and Kristi (Doug) Wright; ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Oct. 19, 2024 at the Elma Masonic Cemetery, 1216 Monte Elma Road. A gathering of family and friends will follow at the Elma Methodist Church, 502 W Young Street.
