Judy Ellen Buck passed away on Oct. 11, 2024, at the age of 84, with her family by her side. Born on July 23, 1940, Judy grew up in Westport, Washington, graduating as an Ocosta Wildcat. She then continued her higher education at Central Washington University. Upon graduation, she entered into the career of teaching where she continued until retirement. She taught at Lincoln Elementary School and Emerson Elementary School and was fortunate to have made many lifelong friends.
Judy was the best mom, grandmother, sister, friend and teacher anyone could ask for. She loved taking care of her home of 53 years out in the Wishkah Valley, and traveling with friends. She adored her grandchildren and most recently was blessed with a great-granddaughter. She always had sage advice and was all of our greatest cheerleader and supporter.
Judy is survived by her children Karrin (Noel) Jordan and Dan (CaylaMaree) Buck, her grandchildren Chaz (Rachel) Jordan, Kyler Ford, Kayleah Holcomb and Kolten Holcomb, her precious great-granddaughter Kaylonnie Reed, her brother Howard Harris and her sister Mary Jo Gregoire. She was also blessed with many nieces and nephews.
Our mother, grandmother, and sister loved the spring with all its daffodils and tulips, so we are going to have a celebration of her life on March 22, as spring begins to bloom. Her celebration of life will be held at the Aberdeen Elks in Aberdeen, Washington at 1 p.m. Please join us to share memories of her life with us.
