Support Aberdeen’s utility tax

Cities thrive and prosper when the citizens themselves invest in the basic and necessary installations and facilities of their communities.

The proposed Aberdeen utility tax is reasonable and affordable.

In his 1962 address to Congress, John F. Kennedy warned that “We will neglect our cities to our peril …” Please don’t neglect Aberdeen. Support this incredibly small yet important increase in our monthly utilities bill.

Vote Day, Coverdale, and Carlson for District 19

I’m voting for candidates who focus on solutions rather than obstruction.

Andi Day, Mike Coverdale and Terry Carlson are proposing ideas for infrastructure improvements, investments in education, healthcare access, housing costs and supply, supporting workers and families, rural economic success and other important solutions.

Our incumbents are focused on voting no consistently; Sen. Jeff Wilson 35%, Rep. Jim Walsh 69%, and Rep. Joel McEntire 61% of the time. We deserve results, not just a repeated no vote.

I’m voting for candidates who focus on opportunity rather than misinformation. Andi Day is focused on protecting our economies that depend on our vast natural resources, Mike Coverdale is focused on the unique needs of our rural economies, and Terry Carlson is focused on family wage jobs.

Wilson is a slick salesman who flip-flops depending on the audience. Walsh touts being bipartisan, but he’s actually the most partisan representative. McEntire says that climate change is a hoax created to control our lives.

All three Republicans are hyper-focused on anti-Seattle efforts, and they only meet with friendly audiences.

I’m voting for candidates who work for Legislative

District 19 rather than PACs and businesses. Andi Day, Mike Coverdale and Terry Carlson received under 20% of funding from PACs and businesses. Wilson, Walsh and McEntire received between 57-86% of funding from PACs and businesses, with donations from State Farm, Chevron, DoorDash, AT&T, Anheuser-Busch, Marathon Petroleum and Koch Industries PAC undoubtedly influencing their decisions.

I’m voting for candidates who focus their time on our district, rather than juggling their duties with conflicting commitments. Andi Day, Mike Coverdale and Terry Carlson will serve our district without distractions.

Our incumbents neglect their constituents because they’re too busy with other duties: Wilson is a Port of Longview Commissioner, Walsh is the state Republican Party Chair, and McEntire is a Marine Corps Reservist.

I’m voting for candidates who talk with all of us, unlike our incumbents who alienate and silence anyone who disagrees with them. I’m voting for Andi Day, Mike Coverdale and Terry Carlson. Please join me.
