TOKELAND — Willapa Bay Enterprise Board joined in with Shoalwater Bay Casino employees to break ground on construction. Shoalwater Bay Casino will be temporarily closed for the month of April as it undergoes a host of long-awaited renovations.
“We’re excited about all the changes taking place,” said Johnny Winokur, general manager. “Our grand re-opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place May 1. Guests will see an ‘all new’ Shoalwater Bay Casino when they walk through our doors. We’re updating the entire gaming floor with 300 slots, a new lounge with a state-of-the-art Bottoms Up draft beer dispensing system, and a whole lot more!”
“Our Smoke ‘N Spirits shop will remain open throughout April,” said Winokur. “Folks can follow our progress on Facebook.”
