Friends and supporters of the Dr. O.R. Nevitt Pool, we have great news! Because of your amazing fundraising efforts, our wonderful community pool will be able to open and operate for Summer 2017.

Special thanks are due to Melody Halpin and her Alumni Challenge! Also, our local elementary students and their teachers have made a huge impact with their Penny Drive at the Willapa Valley, South Bend and Raymond elementary schools. We’re grateful to the Eagles Ladies Auxiliary and the great success of their recent TV raffle for the Pool. We appreciate so much the support of Willapa Harbor Kiwanis, the Raymond Foundation, and the Willapa Harbor Ministerial Association, as well as generous donors who wish to remain anonymous.

Other exciting fundraisers are in the works: A combination car wash/bake sale will be held at Pioneer Grocery in South Bend on Saturday, April 15. Dotsi Graves is spearheading an online auction to begin on April 17.
