We still have no decision from the City of Hoquiam about the crude oil terminal proposal. For all the talk and guarantees about clean up in case of a spill, the state is currently experiencing a $4 million funding shortfall for oil spill protection.
If the oil comes there will be a spill and/or an explosion and we will not be protected. It’s time Hoquiam pulled the plug on this proposal.
