If the Quinault Nation needs to move their village of Taholah to higher ground fearing tsunami threats, and they need $500,000 more taxpayer money to do so, then why did they build and remodel a multimillion-dollar casino right next to the ocean?

What are they doing with the money made from the casino? I thought it was going to the Nation for these kind of projects, or does Derek Kilmer just like spending other peoples money?
