Logan’s foster family says he is highly food-motivated and will eat anything “except sugar snap peas.” A cute, cute, cute 2 1/2-year-old pitbull, he’s got black freckles on his ears and light black spots all over a white background. Logan is a high-energy dog whose owner had back surgery that didn’t go well. His owner’s partner is now working longer hours, trying to make ends meet. This isn’t a good combination for a dog who needs training and craves attention. Logan is friendly, though he probably wouldn’t do well in a household with young children. He loves kids, but he tends to be a bit overwhelming. He’s good with other dogs in general, but loves his toys and is very protective of them. He would need to be the only dog in the home. Logan gets excited when he meets a new person. So excited that he doesn’t really make a good first impression. He’s good on a leash and is kennel-trained. When off leash in a fenced yard, he catches rats and moles. He’s never been around cats, but due to his prey drive, cats probably aren’t a good match. He likes car rides, but can’t get through a drive-through without going nuts. He is available for adoption through PAWS of Grays Harbor. Please call 360-533-1141 or visiit www.pawsgh.org to fill out an adoption application … then go hit the gym because you’re going to need some muscles to wrangle this guy.
