Guess what Axel’s most prominent feature is! Give up? It’s his tongue! It could be an entity unto itself. It’s almost as if PAWS should say, “Adopt this tongue, and we’ll give you a dog to go with it.”

Axel is a young pit/boxer mix. His intake paperwork says he’s “friendly and loving,” and so far he’s lived up to that description. He likes to please, and he likes to entertain. His previous owner couldn’t care for him anymore and brought him to animal control.
