Aberdeen man missing since Thanksgiving

The man, who goes by Polo, was last seen heading to nearby forests to pick salal

A local man has gone missing from Aberdeen, and police are asking for the public to help in the search.

Apolinar Oporto-Chacon, 33, was last seen the day after Thanksgiving heading out to work in the forests around Aberdeen to pick salal. According to a press release, Oporto-Chacon goes by the name Polo, is 5 feet 5 inches tall, weights 145 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair. He also wears a large cross on a chain around his neck.
