Aberdeen seeks LTAC members

Committee meets periodically to award grant money to qualified applicants

The city of Aberdeen is accepting letters of interest to serve on the 2025 Lodging Tax Advisory Committee, commonly referred to as LTAC.

The committee is made of two representatives who have received grant funding, two reps who pay into the fund and the Aberdeen City Council Finance Committee Chair Scott Prato.

The committee will meet one to three times per year to review applications for the 2026 funding cycle and make recommendations to the city council. LTAC grant money is typically used to fund tourism-related projects and activities including initiatives that increase tourism and support and help fund and market local events.
