The crew from the TV show “American Pickers” was in Hoquiam on Tuesday to check out what they might find at Gordon’s Service on K Street in Hoquiam. Hosts Frank Fritz (in passenger’s seat, and Mike Wolfe (in driver’s seat) were expected to be “picking” for antiques and collectibles for most of the day, according to business owner Norm Callaghan, who closed his auto repair shop for the day for possible filming for an upcoming episode on the History Channel. Callaghan is a well-known local collector of automotive-related antiques.
