The suspect fled on a bicycle and after a brief foot pursuit was captured within minutes by multiple Aberdeen Police Department officers. The stolen property and knife were recovered. The suspect was charged with obstructing a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, third-degree theft and unlawful display of a dangerous weapon
The second incident involved a suspect known to have an active Department of Corrections warrant for their arrest.

The arrest resulted in obstructing a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest and possession of methamphetamine. The officer also seized over $300 in cash.
