The Aberdeen Police Department is seeking the public’s help locating Silverio Velazquez-Tetlactle, 36, wanted for first degree rape of a child.
Velazquez-Tetlactle current has a felony warrant out of Grays Harbor County Superior Court. He is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall and 150 pounds.
