The Blue Slough Road cutoff between Cosmopolis and Montesano will be closed much of the day Wednesday, Aug. 25, for culvert replacement.

The road will be closed to through traffic from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., said Grays Harbor County Operations Manager Mike Zabiaka. The road is a popular alternative for travelers between the North and South beaches during the summer months, between Highway 101 at Cosmopolis and State Route 107 west of Montesano.
