The city of Cosmopolis has declared an emergency order that bans the discharge of fireworks within city limits due to the extreme weather conditions currently in our region.

“This ban is effective immediately and runs through July 5, at 12:01 a.m.,” said Cosmopolis Mayor Kyle Pauley.
