A search executed by the Grays Harbor Drug Task Force Wednesday on an apartment on F Street in Aberdeen resulted in two arrests and the seizure of drugs, guns, cash and several dogs.

A 20-year-old man was arrested during the search of the apartment for three counts of delivery of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a firearm; another tenant, a 19-year-old, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and unlawful possession of a firearm, according to a news release from Sgt. Darrin King of the task force.

More than 300 grams of methamphetamine, nearly 50 grams of cocaine, about $5,000 in cash, and five firearms, including two handguns, two bolt-action rifles and a sawed-off shotgun were seized.

Two dogs and several puppies were also taken into safekeeping and turned over to Aberdeen animal control.
