Former Grays Harbor Superior Court Judge David Foscue died Monday night and flags at county buildings on Grays Harbor have been lowered to half staff in his honor.
Foscue, a resident of Montesano, was known as an expert horseman and for his acting with the Driftwood Theater in Aberdeen.
He was a former city attorney for Aberdeen and served on the Grays Harbor bench for at least a decade, starting in the 1990s. He was a colleague of judges Mark McCauley and Gordon Godfrey.
Grays Harbor County commissioners held a moment of silence for Foscue at Tuesday’s meeting. Flags at county buildings will continue to lowered for a time yet to be determined.
