The Grays Harbor College culinary arts program had a successful run through Thanksgiving.

• Polish Pierogies taught by Barbara & Isabella Page and Lucy Machowek
• Fall Cake Making and Decorating taught by Kate Klinger, Owner of the Flour Shop in Montesano
• Knife Skills & Soup Making taught by Josh Bachtell, Culinary Arts Instructor at Montesano High School
• Mastering Wood Fire Pizza and Sauce taught by Shawn Iliff, Culinary Arts Instructor at North Beach High School
• New and Traditional Korean Cuisine taught by Dr. Clara Shin
