Annual spaghetti dinner fundaraiser, hosted by Aberdeen Sons and Daughter of Italy Amerigo Vespucci Lodge # 1814, is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Saturday, March 1, at St. Mary Parish Hall. Lunch for Your Brain, hosted by Montesano Friends of the Library, is set for noon, Tuesday, Feb. 25, at the Montesano Timberland Library, this month featuring Garrett Dalan, the Washington Coast Community Relations Manager for the Nature Conservancy. He will share how people can join in the work and support TNC’s mission to conserve the lands and waters on which all life depends.
Montesano Community Center offers $7 lunches from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. weekdays. Weekly activities (from 12:30-1:30 p.m.) include karaoke on Monday, chair exercise on Tuesday, pinochle on Wednesday, Mexican train on Thursday and bingo on Friday.
