Bridge deck repairs will include single lane closures on the Heron Street Bridge in Aberdeen beginning Tuesday, according to the state Department of Transportation.

Beginning Tuesday, June 23, Department of Transportation bridge maintenance crews will close a single eastbound lane on the Highway 12 Heron Street Bridge in Aberdeen to vehicle traffic for deck repairs.

The single lane closure is scheduled for 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Travelers are encouraged to add extra time to reach their destinations. Work is weather dependent and could be rescheduled.
