Grays Harbor Community Hospital welcomed its first baby of 2019 into the world early Tuesday. At 7 pounds, 7 ounces, and 20 inches long, Mathanual Anthony Joseph Fruchella was born at 12:09 a.m. Jan. 1 to Bonnie and William Robert Fruchella.

Mathanual joins his sister, Neveah Ray Trinity Fruchella, who is very excited about having a new little brother.

GHCH Public Relations Director Nancee Long also noted that Dr. Jarrett Riley and Highland Pediatrics provided the family with $150 worth of goodies for the new baby.

The Family Birth Center at Grays Harbor Community Hospital delivered 412 babies in 2018.
