A Level III sex offender, Charley Daniel Parker, has been released after serving time for two rape cases he was convicted in, according to the Grays Harbor County Sheriff’s Office in a press release.
According to the release, Parker, 29, is a Level III sex offender, and was convicted in 2005 in a first-degree rape case involving a child and a third-degree rape case in 2009.
In the 2005 case, filed documents show that Parker, at age 13, sexually assaulted a 4-year-old familial female. In the 2009 case, he was convicted of third-degree rape in Pierce County, for sexually assaulting a 19-year-old mentally impaired female, according to file documents.
Parker participated in a sex offender treatment program while incarcerated, the sheriff’s office said.
He’s listed as having brown hair and brown eyes.
