The Office of the Grays Harbor County Fire Marshal has announced restrictions on outdoor burning on the Harbor as of 12:01 a.m. Sunday, July 26.
According to a press release, with the recent trend of warm and dry weather the restriction includes residential yard waste and land clearing burning on a temporary basis until conditions moderate.
Recreational campfires are allowed if built in improved fire pits in designated campgrounds such as those typically found in local, county or state parts, or commercial campgrounds.
