The Seabrook Community Foundation has budgeted $120,000 for its scholarship program in 2021, and applications are available online now, said foundation director Christi Boora.
“Last year we distributed $93,000 to local Grays Harbor community students,” said Boora. “This year the board has increased the budgeted amount to $120,000.”
The foundation’s scholarships are available to students who pursue vocational, technical, community college and university degrees.
Applications are available at https://www.seabrookcf.org. New and renewal applications must be submitted by April 30.
The Seabrook Community Foundation was established by Seabrook founders Casey and Laura Roloff, to fund non-profit community projects and scholarships in Grays Harbor County. One percent of every new and used home sale in Seabrook is awarded to the Seabrook Community Foundation.
