Grays Harbor Transit is accepting new unwrapped toys, cash and non-perishable foods for the Stuff the Bus program that helps those less fortunate in the community enjoy the holidays.

Donations can also be left at the Aberdeen Transit Center, Hoquiam Transit Center and Grays Harbor Transit Office.

People catching one of the buses can put a cash donation into the fare vault but need to have it in a sealed envelope marked “Stuff the Bus.”

Toys are donated to the Children’s Advocacy Center; food and cash to Coastal Harvest.

This is the third year of this program. The last day to drop off donations is Dec. 22.
