The 25-year-old woman was not wearing a seatbelt, and was subsequently medevac’d to Harborview. The first vehicle was totaled, according to the report.
The cause of the incident is the 62-year-old man’s failure to yield, according to the report. Drugs or alcohol are not a factor in the case, according to the report.
