The Washington Coastal Crab Industry meeting will be held Friday morning at 9 a.m. in the upstairs meeting room at Montesano City Hall. Fisheries managers are in the process of compiling a list of issues for discussion, including issues surrounding the season opening including fair start provisions, management lines and other topics that affect management of the crab fishery and coastal crab industry members.

Managers view this meeting as a first step in the process have also reserved the same meeting room 9 a.m. April 26 to continue the discussion.

Managers will evaluate the need for additional meetings and discussions moving forward. Montesano City Hall is located at 112 North Main Street in Montesano.
