Angelina Maria Frasz of Ocean Shores passed away Friday, June 30, 2017. She was 93. Angelina was born on Sept. 9, 1923, to Joseph and Maria Cardinale in Boston, Mass., where she was raised. She later moved to Chicago, Ill., where she met Chester R. Frasz; they wed on Jan. 26, 1953, at St. Lucy’s Church in Chicago. Together they moved to Rolling Meadows, Ill., with Angelina settling in Grays Harbor after the passing of her beloved husband in 1994.

Angelina stayed active in her community. She was involved in N.A.R.F.E, Friends of the Library (Ocean Shores), Beach Babes Red Hat Society of Ocean Shores, A.C.T, and Citizen for Responsive Government. She also enjoyed reading, crocheting, and volunteering.

She is survived by her children Ronald Frasz of Ocean Shores, Wash. and Mary Ann Maslin of Gresham, Ore. Along with sister Rose Cardinale of Plantation, Fla.; grandchildren Jacob Maslin, Alicia Frasz, Caitlin (Michael) Boe, and Jesse Maslin; and great-grandchildren Payton, Addison, and Owen Boe. Angelina was preceded in death by her husband Chester R. Frasz, and siblings Andrew, Francis and Mary Cardinale.
