Charles Henry Roman III passed away unexpectedly after a brief illness on Aug. 1st, 2024, at St. Joseph Hospital in Tacoma, Washington.

Charles Henry Roman III passed away unexpectedly after a brief illness on Aug. 1st, 2024, at St. Joseph Hospital in Tacoma, Washington.

He was born May 31, 1963, in Aberdeen, Washington to Charles Roman Jr. and Margaret (VanDeWall) Roman. He was raised in Cosmopolis and Aberdeen. He graduated from Aberdeen High School in 1981.

From the late 1970s to the early 1990s he was involved in Special Olympics where he played multiple sports.

He was a huge sports fan, loved fishing and hunting. He was also part of Camp Grisdale with his family. He worked at Washingtonian Print in Hoquiam, was a shake block cutter and also worked at Quinault Pride in Taholah.

On May 14, 1994 he married Deborah Kiel in Westport, Washington.

He is survived by his wife Deborah of Aberdeen, brother Greg Roman, son Kristopher LeCount and daughter Sandra Roman also of Aberdeen. He is preceded in death by his parents Charles Roman Jr. and Margaret Roman.

Arrangements are made by Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
