David Warren Hinrichs, 59, of Hoquiam, Washington passed away Saturday, Dec. 9, 2023 at Providence St. Peters Hospital. David was born on Jan. 18, 1964 in Aberdeen, Washington to William Hinrichs and Joyce Randall. David graduated from Aberdeen High School in 1982. He married Heidi Meister on July 14, 1990 in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. In 1991 they moved to Spokane, Washington where they resided for 20 years. David and his family moved back to his hometown of Aberdeen in 2011.
David attended the University of Arizona Global Campus where he received his BA in Education in 2016. David worked as a commercial and residential painter for a great part of his life.
He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. David was also a member of the Calvary Lutheran Church.
David is preceded in death by his mother Joyce Randall, daughter Kara Hinrichs and his sister Cynthia Kessler. He is survived by his wife Heidi, who resides at their family home in Hoquiam; son Hunter Hinrichs of Bonney Lake, Washington; daughters BreAnn Lamborn of Snohomish, Washington, and Chelsea Barker of Stanwood, Washington; three grandchildren: Elliot, Kili and Amelia; his father William Hinrichs, brother Daniel Hinrichs of Spokane, Washington; and sisters Kim Tessness of Everett, Washington and Debra Kwiat of Eloy, Arizona.
