A celebration of life for Harbor resident Roland F. Strote, who died March 5, at Montesano Health & Rehab will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, May 21, at the Cosmopolis Lions Club.

Arrangements were by Twibell’s Fern Hill Funeral Home in Aberdeen.

McCLEARY — Anthony Dewayne Philpott, a resident of McCleary, died Sunday, April 30, 2017, at his home. He was 70.

A celebration of his life will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 17 at the McCleary Hotel.

Cremation arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

OLYMPIA — Sandra Jean Knutson, a longtime Aberdeen resident and former cashier at the Smoke House, died Friday, April 28, 2017, at Brookdale Senior Living Center in West Olympia. She was 81.

There will be no services.

A rosary vigil for longtime Aberdeen resident Margaret Irene Solan, who died April 22 in Olympia, will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Fern Hill Funeral Home in Aberdeen. A Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Aberdeen with a reception to follow at St. Mary’s Parish Center.
