Max Heard

Max Heard of Ocean Park died Thursday, Feb. 1, 2024, at the age of 78.

There will be a graveside service for at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 9 at Fern Hill Cemetery in Aberdeen. A celebration of l life will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 24 at Ocean Park Community Church. Visit www.penttilaschapel.com for additional information.

Carl M. Hagen

Elma resident Carl Marion Hagen died Sunday, Feb. 4, 2024. He was 76.

Services are being planned and details will be announced as soon as they become available. Burial arrangements are by Harrison Family Mortuary of Aberdeen.

Reggie L. Brooks

Longtime Hoquiam resident Reggie Lee Brooks died Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2024, at Grays Harbor Health and Rehabilitation Center in Aberdeen. He was 87.

He had worked for various mills, including Evans Products and Industrial Cut Stock.

A celebration of life is being planned and will be announced later. Arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.
