Tony Prindel

South Bend resident Tony Theodore Prindel, an information technology supervisor, died Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at Willapa Harbor Hospital in South Bend. He was 24.

Private services are being planned. A full obituary will be published in the coming days. Arrangements are by Twibell’s Fern Hill Funeral Home in Aberdeen.

Fred A. Nebel

Fred A. Nebel, a longtime resident of Neilton, died Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at home. He was 76.

He served in the U.S. Army and retired as a combat engineer.

A celebration of life is being planned and will be announced later. Arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

Donna M. Wilson

Longtime Hoquiam resident Donna Marie Wilson died Sunday, June 23, 2024, at Harbor Regional Health Community Hospital in Aberdeen. She was 72.

For the last 30 years she worked as a grocery clerk.

A private family service was held. Edward “Scott” Nielsen

Edward “Scott” Scott Nielsen, an Elma resident and retired Navy chief, died Sunday, June 30, 2024, at University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle. He was 64.

Burial services will be held at Satsop Cemetery in Elma. Arrangements were by Twibell’s Fern Hill Funeral Home in Aberdeen.

Patsy Guavara

Hoquiam resident Patsy Guavara died June 18, 2024, in Lacey. She was 76.

She had been an in-home care provider.
