Gloria McKinney

Gloria Jean McKinney of Hoquiam died Monday, Oct. 7, 2024, at Pacific Care Center in Hoquiam. She was 81.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, at Copalis Community Church.

Arrangements are by Twibell’s Fern Hill Funeral Home in Aberdeen.

David L. ‘Oscar’ Anderson

David Lee “Oscar” Anderson died Monday, Oct. 7, 2024, in Aberdeen. He was 86.

He had worked in logging and in oilfields.

Viewing will be held from 10 a.m to 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18, and 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, at Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

A celebration of life and potluck will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 20, at the Humptulips Grange.

Randy D. Volkman

Randy Dean Volkman of Hoquiam died Sunday, Oct. 13, 2024, while on a hunting trip in Eastern Washington. He was 69.

Randy had worked as a carpenter in the construction trade.

Arrangements are by Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

June M. Carey

June Marie Carey, age 97, a longtime resident of Hoquiam, died Sunday, Oct. 13, 2024, in Olympia.

She had worked as a substitute teacher and as a homebound tutor.

Arrangements are pending at the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.
