SEATTLE — Wah Yen Wong of Seattle died Monday, Feb. 27, 2017, at Keiro Northwest Rehabilitation and Care Center in Seattle. He was 101.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Fern Hill Cemetery in Aberdeen.

William Robert Fera of Aberdeen died Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2017, at Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Aberdeen. He was 77.

Sally A. Gillies

SOUTH BEND — Sally Ann Gillies died Monday, Feb. 27, 2017, in South Bend.

She taught early education classes at Everett Community College.

The family requests remembrances be made to the United Methodist Church of South Bend.

A celebration of her life will be held at the South Bend United Methodist Church at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 12.

Cremation arrangements are in care of Stoller’s Mortuary in Raymond.

James L. Sherman Jr.

OLYMPIA — James Larry Sherman Jr. of Aberdeen died Wednesday, March 1, 2017, at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia. He was 42.

A celebration of his life is being planned for Saturday, March 11, at Olympic View Grange in Brady. Details will be announced at a later date.

A celebration of life for Kirkland resident Jack Eugene Corbett, who died Feb. 24, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 18, at the Aberdeen Elks Lodge. He will be placed with his parents at Fern Hill Cemetery in Aberdeen at later date. Memorials may be made to The American Cancer Society.

Bonnie J. Kalinowski

Bonnie Jean Kalinowski, a Cosmopolis resident and former librarian assistant at Grays Harbor College, died Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2017 at Montesano Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was 84.

A service is being planned and will be announced in The Daily World on March 8.
