Longtime Grays Harbor resident Sylvia Annette Brown died Sunday, Sept. 4, 2022. She was 81.

She and her husband Clyde had owned Clyde and Sylvia’s Frames-N-Things in Aberdeen for many years.

Donations are suggested to Washington Elks Therapy Program through any Elks Club.

A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 9, at the Aberdeen Elks. Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 10, at Saint Mary’s Catholic Church in Aberdeen followed by interment at Saint Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery near Elma.

Reynold D. ‘Rennie’ Nunes

OCEAN SHORES — Reynold David “Rennie” Nunes of Ocean Shores died at Green Lake Senior Living on Friday, Sept. 16, 2022. He was 76.

Cremation arrangements are by Harrison Family Mortuary of Aberdeen.

Teddy E. Abbott

OLYMPIA — Teddy Eugene Abbott of Hoquiam died Thursday, Sept. 1, 2022, at MultiCare Capital Medical Center in Olympia. He was 60.

He had worked for Weyerhaeuser until its closure, then for the past 10 years at Ocean Spray.

A memorial service will be at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2022, at the Cornerstone Church in Aberdeen.

Arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

Virginia ‘Clydene’ Sloan

Former Harbor resident Virginia “Clydene” Sloan died Friday, Sept. 9, 2022.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 24, at Vance Creek Park in Elma.
