Roy William Rasanen, 74, a lifetime Grays Harbor resident and former school teacher, died Thursday, March 30, 2023, at Riverside Place Memory Care in Hoquiam.

A celebration of life will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, April 22, at Satsop United Methodist Church.
