Elizabeth J. (Zanine) Anzarut left her worldly existence to join her beloved husband on Dec. 15, 2018, at the age of 79.

Liz was born Dec. 4, 1939, in Philadelphia, Pa. Sshe eventually found her way to Houston, Texas, where she met and married Norman Anzarut and assumed the unfamiliar role of mother to his son Mark. Mark (Darcey) and their children Devan (USMC) and Madison, of Midland, Mich. survive.

After retirement they left Houston for Aberdeen, Wash.; enjoying books, travel, bowling and a good garage sale. Liz was a smart, quick witted, spirited woman. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and local Lions Club. She found fulfillment as a volunteer for various charities, helping others and relished her role as Grandma. She will be missed!

In lieu of flowers, charitable contributions can be made to the Central Lion’s Club of Aberdeen.
