A life-long member of the San Diego Wildlife Rescue Center, he volunteered his time by releasing previously injured and sick animals back into the wild. He loved to go fishing, crabbing and clam digging in the Pacific Ocean during his spare time.
He was preceded in death by both of his parents, ex-wife Deborah, son David and many dear friends. Frank leaves behind an ex-wife, his daughter, two sons, two grandchildren and many friends.
